Since the first of January, 2011, 252 single family, Arroyo Grande homes have sold or are in escrow. 168 Homes sold or were in escrow during the same time period in 2010.


With an amazing sales year coming to an end, currently there are only ten homes available in the most desirable neighborhoods in Arroyo Grande.

There are no homes for sale in The Highlands or Village Glenn. Oak Park Estates has three homes for sale. In Royal Oaks there is one home for sale, and in all of Rancho Grande there are only six homes available.
